Rosalyn is an educator, counselor and cross-cultural minister living in the Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia. She has spent many years both studying and traveling to earth based indigenous communities. Her passion is to encourage and support the return to healthier relationships with ourselves, each other, the earth and all of creation.
As a counselor she has been working in private practice for over 20 years focusing on expressive art therapy, embodied psychotherapy and spiritual direction. In her practice she specializes in supporting individuals with life passage transitions, couples counseling, resilience in crisis and grief and trauma resolution and support.
As an educator she is teaching with Selkirk College in the Human Services and Indigenous Studies as well as with Sofia University in a Global masters program in Transpersonal Psychology.
She has a masters degree in Earth based Spirituality and a doctorate in cross-cultural ministry. Her community service includes facilitating funerals, weddings, memorials, baby blessings and many community based activities that support life transitions.
